For some time I thought about buying a Blythe doll to make clothes for her. But I would have had to buy one in a far away land, and they are expensive. And I don't find them pretty att all. So why bother ?
On the other end, Strawberry Shortcake dolls are all my life. They were my favourite as a child, and when I grew up, I kept my dolls with me, and they are now part of the home decoration. So I was tempted to make clothes for my precious dolls. Especially when I discovered the blog Imagine.
And so today I made a first outfit for Charlotte in crochet. I partcularly like the flower headband, the rest is basic top and skirt...

Pendant un certain temps j'ai voulu acheter une poupée Blythe pour me joindre à la communauté qui ldur faisait des fringues, mais comme ces poupées sont difficiles d'accès, chères et moches à mon gout, j'ai renoncé.
Par contre, les charlottes aux fraises sont mes poupées préférées, au point que je les ai gardées en déco chez moi près de 20 ans après. Du coup j'ai voulu leur faire des fringues, et le blog Imagine m'a inspirée.
Donc voici une première tenue basique pour Charlotte, haut et jupe en crochet, et j'aime surtout le bandeau avec la fleur...
