Birthday knitting

I'm in the middle of a knitting fest. First, I made a washcloth in cotton, and a little pouch for my grandma's birthday. At the moment, she is still in the hospital.

Late July, she went in for a broken knee (funny story, she was sort of "dancing" on the sidewalk amongst friends, and pouf ! on the floor). On the knee front, everything went ok, but she had a brain attack, and she might have died if she wasn't already hospitalised. She's only starting to recover a bit, walking a bit, but her left hand is shaking a lot. But we are in an hopeful mood (at least, trying !)

I also made a red pouch. The way is worked was like this : I had made the washcloth for grandma. Then DBF's mom talked about Christmas market, and the stall she reserved, and how I should make stuff. So I tried this pouch, in red. And I thought it would be a good idea for grandma, in blue. Note that it only took about 3h max to make each pouch. But I had to rush to finish the blue one in time !!!!

And to make those I have put on hold the pair of fingerless gloves I was making. Yes, I'm still starting loads of stuff at a time.... I can't change ;)

Me voilà en plein tricot. Tout d'abord, j'ai fait un gant de toilette et une pochette bleue pour l'anniversaire de ma grand mère. Elle est à l’hôpital pour le moment car fin juillet, elle a cassé sa rotule en tombant sur le trottoir au milieu de ses copines. Et tout s'est bien passé de ce côté là, malheureusement elle a fait une attaque au niveau du cervelet, et elle commence seulement à reprendre le dessus. 


Et j'ai fait une pochette rouge. En fait, j'ai d'abord fait le gant de toilette, vendredi. Puis la maman de DBF m'a parlé du stand de marché de Noël qu'elle avait réservé, et elle a demandé si je ne pouvais pas faire des trucs. Donc j'ai essayé la pochette rouge, et comme je trouvais que ce serait parfait pour grandmère, j'en ai refait une, en bleu, un peu à la dernière minute !


Et pour faire tout ça, j'ai du arrêter les mitaines que j'étais entrain de faire.... He oui, encore plein de trucs en même temps, on ne se change pas....
